Guacalito de la Isla

Guacalito de la Isla will be the first five-star, eco-sensitive sustainable resort and residential development in Nicaragua. The $250 million, 1,670-acre enclave is set on a four-mile sweep of forested land that fronts two spectacular white-sand beaches on the Pacific Coast, a two-hour drive from Managua International Airport. Guacalito de la Isla will release its first 44 oceanview homesites in July 2009, priced from $300,000 to $800,000. In January 2010, construction will begin on Mukul, a boutique beach hotel.
