Goal:
Continuing our nearly ten-year relationship representing the Auberge Resorts brand and individual properties, Murphy O’Brien was tasked with launching their most recent resort development: Encantado in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Strategy:
With a strategic, results-focused public relations plan in place, we connected with top-target media and key editorial decision makers to garner impactful placements for the many newsworthy elements of the property including food and beverage, spa and wellness, a progressive art program and its impact on the destination of Santa Fe.
Results:
Murphy O’Brien secured a steady stream of national and regional media placements in such target publications as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast Traveler, Bon Appetit, Elle Décor, Shape and Western Interiors & Design. Following a successful opening press trip to the property and continuing our aggressive media outreach, we have garnered upcoming commitments for significant coverage in such publications as Vogue, W Magazine, Town & Country and Departures. Focused on generating meaningful results for our clients, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times articles each directly resulted in more than 50 calls to the property with guest inquiries and bookings!
